Cindy and Lori left for home so I should be able to get back to a more normal schedule and better eating habits. It seems like as soon as I try to eat right some other special occasion comes up and I end up eating pretty terribly.
I had another good pool swim, and upped my yardage to 2200. My swim schedule will be changing a bit because I will start swimming in Lake Peachtree on Wednesday nights with the tri club. Now I will only be swimming at the Y on Mondays and Thursdays unless the forecast is crappy for Wednesdays. After my swim I went up the weight room at the Y and did a leg workout. It's pretty funny to just people watch and see how many people are doing things other than working out and to watch people leisurely strolling on the treadmill while they text or talk on the phone. Why bother?
I had a 2 hour bike scheduled as well and of course the weather was hit and miss. It poured for most of the day so I tried to put it off as long as I could and hoped for a break in the weather. I ended up on the trainer and sure enough, 30 minutes in to my ride the sun was out. Of course if I went outside to ride I would've been 15 miles from home and bottom would've fallen out so I guess staying on the trainer was a good idea. I probably didn't need to spend that much time on the trainer because I was constantly working rather than using the downhills outside as mini rest periods, but it was good practice for my legs.

Extensions - 3x15 (10lbs)
Curls - 3x15 (15lbs)
Calf raises - 3x15
Squats - 3x15
Lunges - 3x15
