Today was a long run day. And by run I mean run/walk. I decided to stick with the 2 minute run to 3 minute walk for another day because that seemed to work well and I didn't want to push it because this was my second run day in a row. It was a little bit sore but all in all I think it went well. I will increase my run time a little bit in the coming week.
Tomorrow will be another 2 workout day with a swim in the morning and a ride in the afternoon. I will also try to get in a leg workout after I swim at the Y.
Hopefully I can get back to some better eating habits as well. Kelly's sisters were here so we ate pretty well this weekend but I am planning on getting back to healthier eating starting tomorrow.
