I have been told that during my recovery there will be good days and bad days. Today is one of those bad days. After my PT session last night I noticed that my knee was really sore and it didn't improve this morning. Thankfully it did loosen up throughout the day but it is still feeling a little sore. It was bad enough that I decided to cancel my second workout today and rest it. At this point I think its better to miss a workout than to train through it and risk more serious damage. I'll bring it up tomorrow with Dr. Karyn and see what her thoughts are.
Instead of my scheduled hour and half ride today I did an upper body workout and got some exercise cutting the grass. At least the day wasn't a complete waste. Tomorrow I have a walk planned for the morning that I am going to do everything I can to complete. The knee is feeling much better this evening than it was this morning so I am hopeful. Since I have PT tomorrow night I am going to try to get back on the bike on Thursday.

Push ups - 4x25
