I am ready for post planning to be over. I have already cleaned up my classroom and done all of the things I need to do for the end of the year, so I guess I will spend the next 2 days hiding out and avoiding people begging me for help to move their crap.
I had a good swim this morning. It was a pretty short distance because it is a recovery week, but I focused working on speed. I did 1200 yards as 200 warm up, 200 kick, 400 swim, 2x100 sprint, 2x50 sprint and 100 cool down. I also did my pool exercises. It was pretty nice to not have to rush because I don't have to be at school until 8am.
PT went well with Tina today. She didn't hurt me as much as she did last time, and the soft tissue work she did felt great. After PT Kelly and I did a 45 minute walk with the dogs. It was a little slower than usual but that's not a problem.
Tomorrow is a short early morning walk, but I get to sleep in until 5:30 which should be nice. I'll follow that with an afternoon core and upper body workout.
