May 1st - Get them in when you can

Plans for workouts don't always go as expected.  I did an hour walk this morning and Rosco and I covered 4.5 miles.  I had planned a 25 to 30 mile ride for this evening but that wasn't to be I guess.

My knee is bothering me a bit today.  I will make sure to bring it up on Friday at PT and see what her thoughts are.    I had a meeting today so there wasn't time for a walk.  While I also wasn't able to get in my longer ride today, I did get out on the road for about 50 minutes and ride 15 miles.  I made sure to do a little bit of hill work for leg strength. 

Other than that I don't have much to report today.  Tomorrow will be just a swim day because of the county track finals.  I will try to do some core work afterwards if its not too late.
