May 3rd - Another rest day

Today was a scheduled rest day and it was nice to be able to sleep in until 5:30.  Yes I do realize how ridiculous that sounds. 

All I did today was my at home PT work in the morning and my PT session with Dr. Karyn in the afternoon.  She had me on the Reformer with the jumpboard again.  I was hoping she would have me on the TRX and kettlebells again, but I guess that will come later. 

My knee felt very good today and she said that the pain below the knee cap is normal at this stage of my recovery. 

My plans for this weekend are to get in at least one quality ride and a couple of walks.  I'm not really sure that will happen because the weather forecast looks terrible...3 - 4 inches of rain possible.  I can see some time on the trainer in my near future.  Also on the agenda is to finally put together my plan for Lake Placid, now that I have a large portion of my fitness back.  I haven't really figured out how to plan my run/walk portion yet because I don't know how much running I will actually allowed to do.  I am also going to switch to a plan based on time rather than mileage, which is was I have done in the past.
