May 15th - Good Days and Bad Days Part 2

Today was a much better day than yesterday.  This morning my knee was feeling much less sore, and I was able to go out for a 75 minute walk covering 5 miles.  I did have some soreness and cramping throughout the day today though.  It was especially rough when I stood up out of my desk chair.  It took quite a few steps to loosen up.

I also got in a leg workout and core workout today during my planning.  The beginning of the leg work was a bit uncomfortable but it got much better as I went on.  I included the squat sets that Dr. Karyn recommended into today's work. 

I also had a PT session this evening that started with some soft tissue work to deal with some of the soreness from Monday's session.  She told me that the bad days are to be expected and that there are more to come on this journey. 

Here's the rest of the workout for today:

Legs
Ext - 3x15 (7.5lbs)
Curls - 3x15 (5lbs)
Calf raises - 3x15
Squats - 3x15

Core - 14x25

Tomorrow I am have a morning swim and I hope to get back on the bike in the evening.
