This will be quick because I am trying to type it during commercial breaks in series finale of The Office. I had a good swim this morning. I did another 1800 yards at a steady pace and got in some kickboard work as well. I did ask about a deep water belt at the Y and they do have one so I will start running in the pool soon.
My knee is feeling better today but it is still very cramped at the back. I went out for a ride after grade repair and it felt really good. I did 20 miles or so at a steady 17mph pace over some rolling hills. I will start increasing my time and mileage as soon as the grade repair program is over and I can start getting home at a decent time.
Tomorrow is a much needed day off. I will still do my PT work, but other than that I will be resting my knee all day.
